Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room came with a large King size bed and a big television but unfortunately had a strong smoking smell in the washroom, felt cold even when turned off, and was leaking water from the bathroom. The service was excellent, with staff being really friendly, understanding, and helpful day and night. The location was perfect for me, being good and accessible to most places, lively, and right beside Platinum Mall. The dining experience offered a great range of Asian and European foods but might not cater much to European visitors. The facilities were satisfactory.
I must say, the hotel surprised me in many ways. The rooms were unique, with a glass shower providing a view of Bangkok's skyscrapers – not my usual preference but perfect for a short stay. My room 1810 overlooked Pathumwananurak Park & the bustling Ratchadamri Road, adding to the urban experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the upgraded room with city views on the 22nd and 20th floors was worth it for the price, the rooms were disappointingly warm, dirty, and lacking complete bathroom amenities. The service was mostly efficient and friendly, although they were not accommodating with late check-out requests. The location was excellent for shopping, but the dining options had room for improvement.
The hotel offers a stunning view of Bangkok's busiest intersection and is conveniently located near shopping malls. The rooms, though a bit outdated, are acceptable for a stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dining options cater well to most guests, but there could be more variety for those avoiding certain meats.
Returning to our hotel after a crazy shopping trip was a delight with the large King size bed and big television. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view, but the decor felt outdated. Overall, a comfortable stay worth the price.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, facing the park with a strong aircon which was a relief in the heat of Bangkok. The room amenities, including the TV, cold aircon, and even a flat iron, made my stay very comfortable. However, my room was not available at the check-in time of 2 pm.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and faced the park, offering a cozy atmosphere with strong air conditioning. The hotel is a great choice for an early morning flight or a relaxing stay in Bangkok, with excellent amenities and a variety of dining options. However, there were occasional delays in food orders, promptly resolved by the attentive staff.
My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, facing the park, and had strong air conditioning, making our stay in the heat of Bangkok so comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially Eddy, Mark, and Monk, provided exceptional customer service. The bunk bed with kids' linen, towels, and soft toys was a lovely touch. However, the service could have been more readily available at the lobby, and there were small hiccups with coordinating check-out times for multiple rooms. The hotel's location right next to the biggest clothes wholesale mall, Platinum Mall, was so convenient, and we loved being close to major shopping centers and transportation services. The dining experience was fantastic with a delicious breakfast, although some dishes were not up to par. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues to consider.
The hotel's location is excellent, connected to the Platinum shopping center and within walking distance to other shopping centers. The rooms could be a bit noisy at times but are suitable for both leisure and work purposes. The service provided by the staff, especially by Garfield, is exceptional, ensuring guests are well taken care of. The dining experience offers value for money in a clean and beautiful lobby restaurant, although it could use more variety in the menu.
The hotel offers clean, spacious, and modern rooms with a special touch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic for a shopping experience, and the dining is top-notch. However, some noise disturbance in the spa could be improved.
The hotel is ideally situated near fantastic shopping areas and eateries, offering cozy rooms perfect for families. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist, making the stay memorable. However, some room furnishings need attention, but issues are swiftly resolved upon notification, showing excellent service.
The hotel is conveniently located above Platinum Mall and close to major shopping centers in Bangkok, making it perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the staff area outside and being above the bar/lounge, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. The service was attentive, especially in helping guests with guidance to attractions. The dining experience had some food items without halal certification, which might not be suitable for Muslim guests. Overall, a decent option with some noise concerns but great shopping accessibility.
